BUSINESS STRATEGIES • Core responsibility for building business relationship with the clients and generating business opportunities from new accounts and developing them to get consistent profitability & growth by identifying and mapping potential A class customers for agrochemical technical and formulations. • Pursue effective sales by pursing high potential accounts and opportunities, exploit to increase market share and revenue within existing accounts. • Increase profitability through development of the appropriate product & service offering for the customer. • Improve customer retention through stronger relationships and increased client satisfaction by facilitate the allocation of marketing and sales resources. • Set up new distribution offices in the APAC countries where there is little to no presence • Working closely with the cross functional team withing the organization for achieving business goal and fostering new ideas for smooth operations, new product lunch and extension opportunities. • Coordinate with regulatory teams and consultants to register an ongoing pipeline of products.
