COMPETENCIES • In-depth knowledge of tackling multistep synthesis. • In-depth knowledge of chemical processes and operation • Knowledge regarding Government regulations and interactions with Government officials in Agro Chemical Industry including GPCB and labour law. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • To lead from front entire Production Department including support teams i.e., Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, Health & Hygiene, Quality Control, Research & Development, Accounts & Administration, Purchase, Store & Material Management., Industrial Relations, Legal & Security. • Liaising with local Government body like GIDC, state government related day to day issues with the help of appropriate concerned departmental heads. • Conducting daily meetings with departmental heads and special meetings for site management. • Improving yield by providing necessary resources, coordination & guidance and ensuring that adequate resources are provided for efficient running of the plant. • Aligning Plant level functions and initiatives to collaborate and integration of efforts to achieve common goals. • Reviewing the plant status of all the departments and sharing weekly and monthly reports to the Directors. QUALIFICATION BE /ME - Chemical Engineering, B.Sc/ M.Sc - Chemical Engineering. EXPERIENCE 20 Years + In Agro Chemicals active Ingredients manufacturing. SALARY APCS WORK LOCATION Vapi (Gujarat)
