• Develop and implement an effective sales organization that is primarily responsible for direct sales and secondly for channel partner development • Create and standardize monthly/quarterly sales plans and territory forecasts and performance reports • Define set of metrics to track, analyze and evaluate sales performance. • Be available to travel frequently to territories with your own two-wheeler/ four-wheeler. • Coordinate with marketing department to ensure required materials and information to promote the company’s products and services • Coordinate with marketing department to design of promotional material in local language. • Coordinate with government body to check and drive the Empanelment/DBT portal of the products and subsidy sales.
